A proud Queens native and graduate of NYU College of Dentistry, Dr. Fayzakov completed his residency at Lincoln Medical Center, where he gained valuable experience in hospital-based dentistry and complex patient care. His clinical interests include cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, and comprehensive treatment planning. He was a standout student, recognized not just for his skill, but for his conservative treatment approach and dedication to patient education.

Dr. Fayzakov believes that great dentistry starts with trust. That’s why he takes the time to explain, listen, and build treatment plans around each patient’s goals, values, and lifestyle. Outside the office, Dr. Fayzakov stays active through swimming, hiking, and spending time outdoors with his dog. He’s a former national judo champion who brings the same discipline and intensity to dentistry that he once brought to the mat. A die-hard Knicks fan and longtime MMA enthusiast, it makes sense that he hardly ever misses a fight night or big game.
